What is going on in
Congress is not Health Care reform, it is a
repackaging of the same old paradigm, which did
not work! Timing is a thing of beauty, in
The Austin American Statesman (Nov/ 15/09) they talk about
how forty two
member's staffers of the House of
Representatives picked up the same language for
the Health Care Reform bill and the language was
ghost written by PhRMA. The US is paying
more for "health care" by about six percent and
is ranked eighteenth on medical issues in the
industrial nations. So when the talking
heads speak about the best health care in
the world, they are wrong. Disease is Elemental

It basically demonstrates how Periodic Table of

I am asking $30.00
per copy, I figure $2.00 a year for fourteen
years of research is not to much to ask.
You will need a inch and a half three ring
binder and a three hole paper punch as the book
is one hundred sixty four pages. The book
now has four hundred and sixty six eight
endnotes. You should probably save a copy
on your hard drive, as most of the endnotes are
hyperlinked to source literature, that was a
bitch. How fulfillment will happen is

so when I sign the book I know it is a real

book the beast that will not die, but I have to

medication business and profits, by design.
I was not always a conspiracy theory guy but the
lead additive in gasoline that three
corporations added in the 1920's pretty much
changed all that. Then with the profits

sell them something that makes them sicker, that
is just good for business, not so much for " We

Every year beginning in 1999 the U.S. population
has been exposed to twenty eight pounds of
air born environmental toxins annually.
Throw in stuff in the water and food and it is
no wonder we need heath care reform. The
EPA has stated that doctors
are not trained to evaluate environmental causes
of diseases.

Disease is Elemental gives

analyzes these imbalances from the more fundamental perspective of the
Periodic Table of Elements.
Literature supports metal
toxicity is somewhere between 1 in 3 to 1 in 6
in general population. These imbalances
can be easily corrected nutritionally , it
can be just that simple. Clinical
presentation can range from sleep issues, acne,
baldness, migraines, erectile dysfunction,
skin conditions, bed wetting, and chronic
undiagnosed medical conditions, psychiatric
conditions including Schizophrenia, to name a few.
The doctors use an observational checklist for every
diagnosis. There is no biological basis
for any psychiatric diagnosis. No
scientific organic etiologic basis what so ever. To review a

All biological chemicals
are combinations of these same basic Periodic
Table elements. Start with the smallest
known matter in the universe (elements) and
build from there. This approach is also called
the reductionist model. If any of
the biological elements are present in either
too great or too little, adverse medical health issues present.
That is just common sense.
Adding in environmental elements only
complicates the mix. The mix can be
further complicated when medication is added
into the stew and can adverse side effects. Then
one's metabolism may become
imbalanced. It is important to report
these adverse drug and vaccine side effects to the FDA, so no
more people are harmed by doctors and their

side effects then
goes to the conjugation of biochemistry, enzymes, and soft
tissue formation. If the heat is off in
the kitchen the stew is off.

My local
US Congressman has moved one of my documents
to the committee chair of the Armed Services
Committee. He is also looking at adding a metal
screen in Medicare. Federal correction is
of keen interest. Presently he is engaged
on three projects of interest to me. He came to me asking
"how he could help?"
At a press conference,
11/10/09 three generals have given suicide in
the military their highest priority. These
generals are now evaluating the above document
and two of the seventeen measurable results deal
with Suicide and Post-Traumatic Stress disorder,
the above document was dated 7/07, I predicted
these issues before the military brass knew they
were an issue and put a plan on paper to deal
with the issue.
TX legislature has
developed a brief that has identified 118,000
Medicaid patients by World Health Organization
(WHO) ICD #10 medical codes for
phase one deployment of the model. We are
presently moving the document into bill form.
It is kind of cool in that they are fighting
over who is going to bring the bill to the floor
in the next session. The
four disorders in phase one include Alzheimer's,
Parkinson's, ADD/ADHD, and my own personal
favorite Wilson's disease (WD). This bill
never made it in this session, now I get to beat
the staffer senseless for the next two years
before the lawyers get back into session. From a
research standpoint it will be interesting to
see how many of the first three disorders will
actually migrate to a WD diagnosis.
Depending on results in phase one I will be able
to work within the Medicaid population by ICD#,
simply brilliant.
This would have been
the first time in history something of this
magnitude has been undertaken, and the lawyers
were too stupid to see it. Currently
24% of TX budget goes to Medicaid. If I am
right that number will decrease significantly.
I am currently making the joke at the Statehouse
that if I am 1% right I just saved the state $1
Billion dollars. If you have read this far
you have probably surmised the
percentages could be much higher.
Austin City
Council is considering adding a metal component
to it's wellness plan. The irony here is
the meeting with the medical people for the city
happened on the thirteenth anniversary of me
carrying my wife into the hospital, to the day,
and the roof on the building is copper.
The cities epidemiologist does not think Hg
being one in three is a problem, fire her. They are very
concerned about the cities looming $1 Billion
retiree pension medical benefit. Based on
above mentioned WHO reports this number can be
decreased significantly. I just received a
copy of the cities' sewer sludge and there were

It is pretty
interesting detective work. The tap water report
is in and now being evaluated. Beryllium is in the
water and it is a class 1 Carcinogen. There a
plenty of other metals and the pH is way off.
Both reports are incongruous in that they do use the same criteria. If you must, a reverse osmosis water
filter is pretty good. I drink distilled.
October/ 24/07 Johns Hopkins added tap water to
it's Cancer watch list.
